Lighthouse Mission Ministries
Lighthouse is nonprofit, non-denominational church offering faith-based recovery support services, transitional housing and employment preparation and placement to adults 18 years of age and older who are either addicted or homeless or both. We accept ex-offenders with the exception of sex offenders; violent offenders are considered on a case by case basis. A violent offender must be considered low risk by the agency granting parole; consideration is also given to the length of time that has passed since the offense. Participants must not object to participation in a Christian-based program and are required to perform work to offset the cost of their care. The Nehemiah Program for men is offered in Memphis, Nashville, and Clarksville; the Fresh Start Program for Women is located in Memphis.

Transitions Housing
Our Mission is to assist recovering addicts as they become productive members of society. We strive to provide a safe and supportive living environment conducive to recovery. We have two (2) female houses in East Nashville and an apartment complex for males in the West Nashville area. Guidelines are: 90 day suggested commitment, four (4) outside meeting per week, attendance of our weekly Recovery Skills Group, randon drug screens on site, 11:00 pm curfew Sun- Thurs and 12:00 am on Fri and Sat, chores done daily, and maintain current on rent of $115.00 weekly. Clients are required to maintain fulltime employment. If disabled, client must attend IOP or be involved in community service.
