Alpha House, Inc.
Alpha House is a minimum 90-day, faith-based transitional home for women leaving incarceration. We are a three phase program, using a multi-level approach with each successive phase building on the previous. The residents do not work the first 60 days in the program. Employment and housing assistance is offered. Weekly evaluations for progress, church attendance, discipleship training and random drug screenings are incorporated into all three phases.

Regional Inter-Faith Association (RIFA)
RIFA is a local Christian non-profit organization that serves the needs of the poor through RIFA Soup Kitchen, Thrift Store, Food Bank, Home Repair and transportation for the low-income elderly. The RIFA Life Enrichment program offers classes in Christian Women’s Job Corps, Adult Literacy, Adult Basic Education, and Anger Management for Women. Christian Women’s Job Corps participants receive weekly Bible Study, computer training, as well as job and life skill training in topics such as budgeting, nutrition, interview preparation, how to fill out a job application and so much more.
